Does anyone else remember this? I stumbled over it again today and it got me thinking. It shows the Cabal and Fallen marching together, which is odd since they aren't allies (at least that we've seen), but it also seems they are under someone's or something's control. The green glowing eyes and billowing black smoke remind me of the Hive, so maybe they're possessed somehow. Has anyone read or seen anything similar? I know it's just concept art, so whatever idea it represents may have been scrapped.
