More than 3 character slots?

Keep 3 slots

Add more slots

Bungie, I am very much enjoying playing, recently getting to the moon and exploring things that I couldn't during the beta. One thing that bothers me however is, that just like the beta, I am limited to only 3 characters. I didn't bring this up during beta because I thought it was a beta thing. I have two points of view on this. First, I feel on the character side of the house, there should be 6 character slots. This would allow for each person to make and focus on one character in each subclass, if they so desire, without the need for switching out loadouts all the time to benefit their current build. Second, multi-player families. I promised my son that he could play Destiny when it came out, and I'm keeping that promise. However instead of playing a Titan, Warlock and Hunter, I'm playing a Titan and Warlock and my Hunter's skill tree and gear is completely at the control of my son. I'm glad for the enjoyment that this is bringing my son, but I would like to be able to experience and enjoy my own hunter as well. Perhaps there is a way to make more characters that I am not aware of, but I request the addition of a few extra character slots. Makaze

  • It was likely implemented in this fashion so people wouldn't run the raid content 6 times for gear drops. With only 3 character slots, you can only do certain activities 3 times a week. If you have a PS4, you can make another PSN account for you to have a hunter or so your son can have an account of his own.
