Hezen Vengeance
Can someone tell me what exactly the second perk for Hezen Vengeance does? It says "Rockets fired from this weapon split into several smaller weapons upon detonating." Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't that mean it has cluster bombs or Wolfpack rounds or something?

It's pretty much like the cluster bomb effect. But with missiles.
