Customize your character?
Do you ever want to stand out? Do you miss, like, or hate the look of certain blue or green gear? Have you had identity issues in the tower while looking at someone in the same raid gear/shader/emblem setup as you?
Some things I've seen n heard such as transmogrification, shaders for weapons other things that could possibly make your guardian unique like a possible 2nd exotic being able to be equipped for reaching a high vanguard/d.orbit/secretWc/etc. rank.
I've noticed exotic armor seems to me to be a complete set that is broken up. For example, MK44, Ruin Wings, and the HoW new Eternal warrior are all definitely the same set......same with others, some more noticeably so than others.
AnyHoW "lol see what I did there" what do you guys think? What are some other ideas you, the community might have/like or dislike about more customizability?

1 ReplyEdited by NateOrb: 3/28/2015 5:22:34 PMI bought the IB gear for my warlock just because the CE gear looks bad and I looked the same as every other warlock in the game Theres a simple* fix that could be implemented at any time: Lets say you have some random rare chest armor that looks great but it only has like 19 light(or uncommon with no light etc) Dismantle your CE chest armor to receive a chest component Equip that rare piece of armor and go to your inventory then use the chest component Boom that rare piece of armor is suddenly legendary and can go to 36 light with radiant shards Could work for any piece of armor(like dismantle vanguard chest armor and then that component makes gear go to 33 light) or any weapon(dismantle abyss defiant or something and make the khvostov go to 331 attack) This would add hundreds of options for customization, adds way more weapon choices, and doesnt devalue any other equipment(since you need the piece of equipment in the first place to get the component) *Simple meaning its a simple idea but it might not be so simple to code and theres a few details that they would have to go over like what happens to common/uncommon gear that has like 23 strength or no abilities and couldnt stand up to regular legendaries etc
