Please consider this post a MASSIVE vote for yes :) Transmog/Cosmetic outfits would completely change how Destiny looked in a single stroke; all of a sudden people will be checking the blue gear that drops to see if there is anything exciting to see, or a new piece they could work into a new set. People would suddenly start caring what Rahool gave them, rather than just (as i do) insta-sharding the lot ;) Guardians would become truly unique; players could customise all their chars to have matching, or utterly different sets, regardless of the fact everyone at end-game is (for the most part) wearing to same armour. Alternatively, there should be an option to [ Reforge ] items; to save on resources needed to run a cosmetic outlook vs stats set for everyone, one could simply take the stats (light levels, perks and stat value etc.) from one piece of armour, and apply it to another completely - You could even add in that this destroys the original piece in the process, and costs 1k glimmer (or similar) etc.
