I have had very little luck recently when trying to find a few new people to add to the clan. We have had some people move on to other games and really would like to add a few more to fill out the team again. I have a small group of 12 or so that play together a lot. We are looking for like minded people to join us going forward. We usually keep a normal schedule for the raids and just did Iron Banner last week. We have been a group since day one and have run into a few specific types of people that we are trying to avoid recently. Before you request to join, consider these things: 1. We have an established leadership team so please dont try and change our strats for Crota. It has worked and new input will be welcome after Arena Raid hits. 2. Be a good listener. We have plenty of chiefs and need more indians. 3. We talk a lot of shit to each other. This is because we have taken the time to get to know each other. 4. We play together for a reason. No one is forced to be in a clan. If you join stay active or we will replace you. 5. If you make a commitment to do a raid then finish that commitment. 6. Come prepared. If you dont have plenty of heavy synth after the last few weeks for raids and are still trying to do the heavy glitch, find a different team. We respect each others time since we all have families and jobs. These are some of the things that we have been noticing recently. If you would like to join us, PM me.
