Darkness 3 ghost

When I go to the area it is supposed to be, it is not there. It is the only one I need to complete earth, is there any other way to get it

It's glitched,so far has not been patched yet,lot of us got it but its relative Grimoire card (Darkness3) does not show. Bungie knows this from ages......
