Destiny should add "Shiny" items
Pokemon style!
1 in 10,000 items that drop should be golden or just a different color to usual like a shiny pokemon.
I think it would be cool just because it would add a class of item that is actually rare (exotics are everywhere now) and also add a little bit of differentiation between the high level players who all wear the same gear.
This could apply to all rarities not just legendary or exotic items.
Imagine a shiny pure gold gjallahorn that only a hand full of lucky players in the world have got!
Shiny raid armor too although I dunno how shaders should affect these if at all.
