Why was Aksor locked away with his weapon?

17 RepliesMy main question is knowing the danger posed by the Archon priest and rushing to the end to ensure he wasn't released why did a) We release him b) Why did'nt we just destroy him in his regen pod/ prision cell? Why go through risking any guardians life when we could have probably tipped the pod off the cliff or launch airstrikes on it or even get Guardians to fire their Ghorns at it.
