Can't turn in Vanguard Missive to Xander-99
I got a vanguard missive from Xander, and it's just been sitting in my inventory. He's got the notification above him in the tower, but when I approach him to turn it in to exchange it for an exotic bounty, it just brings up the regular bounty screen. Can anyone relate to this?

I currently have the same issue. I've been told that it's because the Bounty(s) that it contains are bounties that you are already in the process of doing and you can't double up bounties. As I have 4 other bounties currently on the go this does make sense.

You already have at least 3 exotic bounties active right? There's 2 sets of exotic bounties and you can't have 2 of the same bounty at the same time. It's trying to offer you the bounties you already have.
