Dropped a legendary chest piece for me. I go to decrypt it and it gives me a chest piece for a titan that only goes to level 27 light. I thought everything was updated with the new light level? Isn't everything supposed to go to light level 33 except vog armor? Not only was it for the wrong class but the light level was even right. Thanks anyways i guess.
