New Monarchy v. Dead Orbit v. Future War Cult
Which is the best and why. ( Not in terms of their armor rankings but in terms of each factions ideals for the city)

Dead orbit has good armor but the raid armor will always be better so I can't see why anyone would pick FWC but you might pick dead orbit because of the really good shotgun and machine gun. New monarchy is the obvious choice. I hate how everyone below said dead orbit or FWC were better because of their lore. Lore doesn't matter, content does!
