Need help with getting exotics.
Can you get exotics from the strike playlist?? (Viper, Tiger, Eagle, etc.) I'm trying to get Ice Breaker but I don't have The Dark Below so most of the time I can't do Vanguard ROC, Weekly nightfall, etc. I know you can get Ice Breaker from engrams but my luck is terrible. If you can, I would highly appreciate it if you could tell me how to get Ice Breaker (without engrams). Thanks!

There's no plan of attack. It's all random. There's matchmaking now in the weekly heroic if you want to try that and earn strange coins to buy exotics from Xur, but it just comes down to luck and how much you play.
