Argue through philosophical means that there is no such thing as white privilege and you cannot condemn someone for the misdeeds of their anscestors. Mention Adolf Hitler did the same thing. Write that to properly achieve racial/gender equality one mud focus on assessing the core values of one's individuality: Morals, who they are as a character, their skill set/personal experience, and mind set. Discuss that if you focus on those key factors in evaluating someone's identity, and come to the conclusion that they are a total piece of shit at heart then you have every right to despise them. People are not entitled to any exclusive job/reward just because of the color of their skin/gender identity. Explain thoroughly that you cannot justify white privilege at all.
