I've noticed many armors rare and below have awesome designs like gold engraved runes, etc. Or weapons like the sir isaac that should be legendary or exotic. The way they look is something I salavate for because it is unique. Rare, uncommon, weapons are wholly obsolete after lvl 22. More variety is needed in these categories. Maybe make different perks for rare weapons that compensate for thier dmg values. Something along those lines. Make them worthy to use for higher lvls characters. Make it so you can upgrade those weapons to legendary status with coins or motes. There is a multitude of weapons and armor that I feel are being under utilized. Thank you for your feedback
