Just giving an idea here,would be nice if they were a really rare item to drop during raids or nightfall(like the crux of crota) and it can make you reroll any piece of armor to legendary at 36 light.Maybe some will be against but i think that its kind of "boring" that we all end up looking like twins and they is nice skin of armor that only exist in rare or common
