Today I decided to try and solo the Nightfall, and I made my way all the way to the boss and had him at half health. Then all of a sudden...i got another BLAM! -ing error code and it returned me to orbit! I know Bungie has a lot to work on and there has been some improvement to the error codes, but they still happen often enough to be EXTREMELY annoying...especially when you are doing something like the nightfall with no checkpoints! Anyways, i really just wish Bungie could tell us if they are still working on the error codes or not and if it will ever be possible to completely prevent them.
