**Subject line edited for my own amusement.*** :D Just my take on a few issues I believe need to be addressed... I'm bored at work so tl:dr... You've been warned... 1. Is there no way that we can access our vault from orbit? Ive tried to cone up with reasons why a trip to the tower is required and i just cant come up with one... I understand Bungie is trying to make this a social community in game and are attempting to do this by placing players in a common area in hopes of creating more interaction, but when i spend 3x as much time travelling to and from the tower than I do time IN the tower, it just makes it tedious and tiresome... Increased vault space has been a major request for some time... I've never seemed to have a problem with it, but I can see how others could. 2. Not giving players the option to solo or even 2-man the weekly is a bad idea... Forcing matchmaking in the weekly heroic will only create the same problem many people have with strikes already... AFKers... There needs to be a way to resolve this issue... I've already completed enough strikes for dancers as it is... I sure as heck don't want to bust my butt running the weekly while someone is still sitting at the original spawn point... Maybe require a player gets a shot in on the boss or at least be in the final area in order to receive the reward for completion? Something to keep kids from joining and turning into a statue while others do all the work... 3. How about using the d-pad for something useful? The gestures are well and good, but why not gave the down arrow bring up a sub menu for gestures while the other three can be customized? One for a second load out and the other two for user selected usable items like syths, black wax idols etc... It would be awesome to get more control over how I play the game... 4. Turn ascendant material back into rare items again. There isn't much like seeing that purple engram fall to the ground while filling aliens full of holes... Ascendant material is now easy enough for players to get their hands on that on the extremely rare case that a legendary engram drops, it should never turn into shards or energy... 5. Hardonic essence, plasteel plating, and sapphire wire should be available for purchase somewhere in the tower or as findable items from things like potential pickup in chests or an additional reward for completing patrol missions.
