Where are the web gear asset definitions?

The public manifest lists only the mobile gear asset definitions. Are the web gear asset definitions listed anywhere? These gear assets can be seen included inline in the HTML from the server on the page when you load up your character (https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/Gear/{networkId}/{accountId}/{characterId}), or in gear pages on the Armory, but they don't seem to be made available through the manifest. Follow-up question if the answer to the above is "You can't have that": How do you work with the tgxm.bin files the mobile gear asset definitions give you? On http://bungienetplatform.wikia.com/wiki/GearAssetsDefinition, it states that they are "TGXM containers with PNG textures", which sounds like it could still work, but how do you unpackage them to a normal PNG texture for use?
