Ideas for New Subclasses Explained

So I've heard some ideas about new sub classes for the three classes. Listed below are some of my ideas for subclasses and the supers, grenades and exotics that pair them. Please let me know what you think below in the comments section and enjoy. The first subclass I will be discussing will be for the hunter. It will be called the shadow stalker. The super ability for the shadow stalker would be the shadow of death. The moment this is activated you will gain a regenerating shield that stays until you die. You will also be unable to be detected by radar in the crucible and are harder to be detected by minions of the darkness while crouched. Once again, this lasts until you die making it extremely useful for pve. The grenades used in this subclass would be a land mine, a precision grenade and an exploder grenade. Land mines can be placed on the ground and when walked over, explode dealing area damage. These grenades are invisible to enemies and can be seen by you and your allies. The next grenade is a precision grenade. The precision grenade deals area damage and the people affected by the grenade cannot inflict precision damage. These are useful in pvp. Finally exploder grenades are grenades that when come into contact with an object explode dealing huge area damage. One idea for an exotic that can compliment it is Blackjack demise. This exotic helmet grants a special perk. When killed by a melee attack, there is a 1 in 2 chance that the enemy that killed you would receive 5000 damage, enough to kill a guardian in the crucible. Take that shoulder charging Titans. It also causes you to receive an additional throwing knife while shadow of death is active. On to the next subclass. The next subclass would be for the warlock. It is called a Mage. The mage's special ability is called trail of lightning. Trail of lighting allows the warlock to summon a aim-able beam of lightning while stationary for a short time. The also are invulnerable to damage at that time. It will deal around 5000 damage a second making it useful for bosses. The three grenades are a arc blast grenade, a thunder grenade, and a cloud gas grenade. The arc blast grenade is similar to the blast grenade of the shadow stalker but just deals arc damage. The thunder grenade makes effected guardians deaf and unable to detect enemies on their radar for a short time. Finally, the cloud gas grenade is a grenade that spews out gas that partially blinds enemies and damages them over time. The exotic complement for this class would be called helm of Zeus. This exotic helmet allows you to use trail of lightning for a longer time and when trail of lightning is activated enemies in the near by proximity are blinded for a short time. The last subclass being discussed is the Infurnus for the Titan. The special ability of this subclass is called inferno chain. Inferno chain allows you to touch the ground and have tendrils of fire shoot out of the ground below the feet of nearby enemies. This deals 2000 damage each. The tendrils of fire then spread out towards the other enemies around the pre-incinerated enemy. If the tendril of fire does not deal enough damage to kill the enemy, it will no longer spread to nearby enemies. The grenades for the Infurnus are Incinitory grenades, flame grenades, and Molotov grenades. The Incinitory grenades incinerate an enemy instantly if it touches them. They take practice to aim though. The flame grenades deal area damage and set enemies on fire dealing damage over time. If the enemy that is on fire comes in contact with another enemy, it sets that enemy on fire. The last grenade is the Molotov grenade. It deals huge splash damage and lights enemies on fire. The exotic that would compliment this subclass would be the Jewel of Mars. This exotic helmet would cause the equipped player to be able to continue their Inferno chain even if the flame didn't kill the enemy. It also allows the carrying of an additional Molotov grenade.   • ok pretty balanced but i would maybe take down the damage a bit for some of the things. and that blackjacks revenge is overpowered as crap .5 chance to kill in crucible it should be .2 or something but anyway good ideas
