31 titan and 30 hunter Raid Noobs need help with VOG normal and hard

Lvl 31 Titan and friend is lvl 30 warlock, never have enough people to do raids so we've only run it a couple of times and are looking for some help. I know who to form spire, confluxes, templar, gorgons, need some help withpre-atheon, but i have atheon down. Friend is much less experienced with raids. Anyone willing to help us out would be awesome thanks! PS I have tons of maxed out weapons pm tag: jchow
