A place for the army of the Flood to hang out. Pretty much just like the Flood, but without Shishka and his reign of terror. But wait! We sorta maybe kinda have a purpose now: To settle disuputes in the Flood [i]calmly[/i], as in NO FLAMES. So that nobody has to get blacklisted.
