PROUDEST MOMENTS IN THE GAME
What is a moment you felt proud for what you did and lemme know anout it because i love swapping stories.
This may sound kinda cheesy or childish with the term "proud" but im not trying to make it seem like that.
One of my proudest moments would be when i went 38-2 in a clash match with a 36 killstreak or when me a 3 others 4 manned crota on hard after we had 2 teammates leave.

Not my proudest moment in terms of something I've done but more about something I've 'completed'. Doing norm crota with lfg people without much exp. Not going great but not horrible. So far nothing really other than shards and energy. Crota drops Monte Carlo. The last exotic weapon i was missing to have ALL the exotic weapons in the game atleast once. Today was a good day ... ;)

3 RepliesNot a proudest moment really,but just wanted to share that although originally today felt like a bit of a duff day, I ended up finally fully upgrading my thorn today and I got suros half way throughout crota normal I ran with a friend I know from uni. Also did rasputin on my own twice, which I didnt expect at all! Very stoked with the day overall. Just gotta level up my raid gear and hunger of crota I got the other day with help from clan members. I'm a happy sophie :)

when i helped speck today and got a sick rocket launcher from a purple engram and got my first exotic from the nightfall voidfang vestments with a good stat roll

Mine has to be... The day the clan was all sorted with 100 set members for the first time. Looking at my roster and seeing 8 clan only fireteams all doing a raid. There's been members come and go but slowly I think we have built up a great core group of members who I look forward to playing the new DLC when it comes out. There's been a lot of hard work went into the clan by many members and long may it continue OTST

The first time I killed Crota and then the first time I killed him on hard. If I knew these would be my goals when I was 14 I wouldn't have tried so hard in school

The proudest moments for me are when I managed to not need any carrying during the VOG raid, it took me a while until I stopped needing carry

7 Repliesmaybe not one of the proudest, but definitely one of the most fun. Drakz, Snakwrap, Sp3k_On3, laniermax, my cousin, and myself have been on the crota check point for two days now (on normal too), cant seem to take him down but we have been having a blast. Going into we knew it was gonna be a bit of a challenge. Its only my second FULL run on crotas end, sp3k's second time on crota, my cousin's first time on crota, me and sp3k have no communication with max because of NAT issues, and none of us were really experienced swordbearers (my first time). Tomorrow will be our third day trying to shove a sword in crota's ass and I have to say Im looking forward to it, I have a good feeling about tomorrow, lol. Btw, anybody else having problems with crota moving really fast? he keeps moving after the first attack with the sword and were getting ogres in back to back "rounds".

I would say 2 manning crota normal, getting to level 32 on my main guardian then on all 3,Finally getting that elusive ghorn and last but not least completing hard crota and vog with the help of this clan members 😉

Edited by Brew1982: 4/3/2015 8:49:13 AMIt's all to do with the raids. The first time I completed vog normal it felt like a great achievement when Atheon finally died. Then the first time I managed to 2 man Crota on normal and my 1st kill with the sword on hard. Getting flawless raider on normal Crota in 31 mins. Finally hitting 32 was nice aswell since I was stuck at 29 before the dlc, the vog didn't drop me any armour at all until I went back as a 32 lol. Joining the platinum club ;)

Not necessarily the proudest by any means but that moment you try a different primary weapon in IB and start taking out the camping snipers with your scout rifle and firefly. Nothing brings a smile quicker than thinking about the look of bemusement on the other players face as he thinks he's got a bead on you and suddenly he explodes in firefly glory wondering why he can't see any red scope glare off your weapon :-p

2 RepliesMine is reaching rank 5 in this latest Iron Banner. I'm not particularly good at Crucible, but I made myself give it a go and was determined not to give up despite many, many cringe-making moments and mistakes, but I got there. I've felt elated at completing raids, etc, but for being proud of myself, this is it. And Timur, I was pretty damn pleased with myself for getting several 10+ killstreaks, but 36? Jesus, man, that's impressive!

I gotta say I am really proud of doing the 4 man Crota the other night with Timur, Shegy and Avalon although I did not do too much really. Funnily it went so easily after we went to 4. And 36 ? Damn. I also am proud of making it to level 32 finally on a character . I did get to level 5 of IB last time after so much grinding I was so relieved and elated.
