This can also help find clan members for VoG, strikes even weekly missions. This is not to restrict clan mates from joining fireteam in different time zones but to help time zone restrictions; if that makes sense. I will list a president(prez) and a Vice President(VP) for each time zone. Each clan mate will be put within a charter of there time zone and your respected admins will be the Prez and VP of your time zone. These will be your Generals!
