If I hated Master Rahool, why would I bring him back a t-shirt?

Well, hate in his direction was a general statement. A side statement not regarding to this post.

I just thought I'd put a spin on my luck with legendary engrams. I know the true culprit is the matrix of the game. I'm not gonna pretend to know exactly why legendary engrams fail for me other than the fact that they're random but I do know they have a 80% higher of a chance to be for a different character than my uncommon or rares do. When I watch my man play, he gets more legendary drops than I do and usually his drops are for his character....so I'm starting to wonder if I'm doing something wrong or if there's a way to increase my odds. That was the purpose of the post, to see if I'd get some insight.
