you must be signed into xbox live error?

I am signed into xbox live and can use other apps. Why is it coming up telling me I'm not signed in???

Ok I believe that the Destiny download has a virus or something of that matter because now my whole system is acting crazy. Now I'm wondering why my friends are having the problem. WHY ME!!!!!😩😫😖
