I get the update for destiny but it stops on the middle of the install and gives me error code: wasp

I had this for a few weeks. I wiped destiny off my console. Cleared my cache. And reset my router. Then I waited a whole day before reinstalling offline. After all that. It helped. But I hear a lot of ppl still get the error and the download problems.
