Between two characters I'm close to level 30 total with one of them being at or over 20. I still don't have it either. With the larger loot table since the DLC I don't feel I'm ever going to get it. I also only do bounties if I have a piece of gear to level now because over 1200 hours in im bored. Been with DO since day one and want the shader sooooo bad.
