VoC and Fang are very similar. I'd say Fang is slightly more versatile because more enemies have arc shields, and bonus damage to hive majors.
Fatebringer is better than the WoC by a wide margin. Damage numbers are very close, but firefly is far better than explosive rounds.

They are definitely very similar and Fang seems more diverse since lots of enemies have arc shields. I still love vision and still think it's tied with Fang despite the damage difference.
