Bumps for days. It'd give me something more in the tower. They can be in the city with good views and they could overlook sparrow races. HINT HINT BUNGIE!! Also you can have houses on different planets but first you'll have to secure the outpost like in Far Cry 4. Have towers in these areas with unique stuff. It's incentive to play the campaign and once you take the place over it becomes like the tower with other people there and stuff. There could also be an auction and gambling and side quests from people in the different areas. No glimmer cap either which would allow us to buy expensive stuff and have a TV that plays a montage that you can set up. Also different vaults in these places and an easy way to see where the stuff is in the different vaults do you're not going from tower to tower looking for gear.
