Because a lot of IB and Gally owners act like they are the only ones worthy of using the weapons. They treat it as an accomplishment in their lives (sadly, it probably is) and they put down people that purchased IB. Not all of course, but a good portion. If I need proof to back up my claims, just look at the forums. Maybe nerds wasn't the best choice of word, but this isn't to be taken too seriously anyway. I wrote this post in a few seconds.
