Do you have a shader equipped? Oh and you can inspect cloaks before you buy them so yeah this isn't a problem.

Ok, may be I don't explain well. I don't have any shader active, and the problem is, that a cloak that I already set in the ps4 game, is displayed with white color in the ps4, but, when I see my character in my bungie.net profile, the cloak that is set (that one that is displayed white in the ps4), is displayed with brown color.

Yeah I'm pretty sure there is nothing you can do about that other than inspect the cloak before you get it and why is this a problem?
