Enough to get the bonus filled mag a few times with a reload if you screw up. End of the day the black hammer is a true marksman weapon, miss a perfect shot and it penalises you. Icebreaker is good for clearing areas where sometimes a body shot is enough before you move onto the next target. Edit Hence the term "Hammer Time" Black Hammer has a time and a place.
