I really like the longbow syntnisis atm, it's a good solid sniper,(crucible quartermaster) although I put a shorter range scope on it as it really is loooooong, but as the above reply says you really want to aim to raid and hope for a blsck hammer that thing is incredible.

The best IMO would be the black hammer It's the raid sniper rifle which can be gained through killing Crota (RNG not guranteed) Not sure about recoil but it has a 3 bullet magazine But one of its abilities makes it so that if you Chain together 3 critical hits it instantly reloads the rifle while using no ammo at all Aka the boss killer

FINAL BOSS if you can still get that. I got one from the postmaster after ranking up in crucible so my abilities were a bit different. It goes up to 6 shots and has mulligan (missed shots go back to magazine) Praedyth's Revenge is also good (from vog) as it also goes up to 6 and precision shots make the target explode
