Sometimes people accidentally click the invite button because they want to inspect you. This happens sometimes for me but yes i do agree that people should stop this sometimes

Doubt it. You press Y or triangle in roster.

Some people click on their name and click inspect from their, i do it sometimes too, a guy in my fireteam accidentally did it and he said he tried to inspect me, so i am right m8 ;)....-_-
