Edited by Sleeswaifus: 1/5/2015 6:58:42 AMMaybe Bungie will allow us to upgrade our Rares to Legendary status? I use this scout rifle a lot actually. Mine has explosive rounds. Fun to use. I like that Bungie is still updating the rares; the more rares they add, the better chances of being able to upgrade them down the line. Evergreen 11.1 is another rare with a unique look to it. Might want to check out that pulse rifle too : )

I love my Evergreen. I have no exotics yet so I swap back and forth depending on the mission with the Evergreen (blue pulse rifle) and Cryptic Dragon (purple scout rifle).
