DLC is not shareable between psn users?
My brother just purchased the DLC on his psn acount and I can't access it. So I seriously have to spend another 35 dollars on this? Is there a way that I can also use it?

No you don't need to buy it again.. Put his user on your ps3/4.. Sign in, redownload the DLC to your system. Sign into destiny with is account. Go get the tumblr, or check it's available from the special orders. Or just run any DLC content whilst on your system. Sign out. Sign back in as yourself, done. This is how me and the misses did it
