With the spine, having grenades stay longer, helps prevent me from killing myself with them, but you can use them to keep the enemies from coming at you from certain directions. They're pretty handy in a strategic way once you figure it out. They're also the most powerful grenade that hunters have.

They arms still blow and is the worst exotic in the game so I think almost every hunter but you wants them to be buffed

People only use them as sticky grenades and zone control. They can also be destroyed by shooting them too so...
