Just going to bump this. The trick isn't throwing a grenade at Draksis when he's hiding, it's to quickly enter the room and then dash back toward the stairs when you hear the music change. That's when he'll coming looking for you and you can just hide on the stairs while shooting him in the face. Just make sure you get back to the stairs in time or the gate will close you in.. or close on you, killing you.

I wish I had read this reply earlier...i tried the grenade... It didn't work.. First, u can get one hit with the rocket launcher, when the door opens... then he will hide.... So went in and tried running around in circles while trying to kill him..he would teleport and kill me...after 4 tries, switch to handcannon....hide behind the throne, keep walking around in circles around the throne...shooting him...he will teleport, when he does, quickly run to other side of throne...shooting the other dudes too..can't figure out where they came from, thought I killed them all before walking in??.....just keep throne between you and him...keep shooting in head,, grenade, bombs,,...eventually you will get him.
