How do I invite people to my fireteam ?
I'm searching the recruitment section for people to do the strike but I can't seem to figure out how to invite them to my fireteam

Go to the roster tab, hover over a name, and hit "invite to fireteam".

Just add them as a friend then invite them from the destiny roster when you pull up your player menu.
