Just power leveled a Titan and didn't have enough plating (the thing you et from dismantling the armour) to upgrade to 30. I thought since I have max glimmer let's buy heaps of engrams from cryptarch and dismantle them for the plating. Let's just say white armour doesn't drop plating...
