What do you think about the girl gamers on Destiny??

I think they are just normal people playing a game. Just like you and me. But people on the internet act like they've never seen a female before. They are people they can do what they want and don't need to cater to you. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Plus I'm a guy. I enjoy having females around. Especially gamer girls. It's not like their an endangered species. They're more prevalent than you think. Many don't talk because of the harassment.

There are a few things that make me /facepalm.... 1) I'm a girl gamer like give me attention 2) women belong in the kitchen not on a game, 3) male or female "I'm better than you" attitude. 4) we are an all girl guild or we are an all boy guild. Everyone plays games to have fun, stop boredom or to hang out with friends. I am just so tired of people bringing up the boy/girl gamer issue. It's completely childish.

I just want to meet a girl that plays games so I don't have to get stuck in the same sausage fests when I join a party with my friend. I'm sick of making conversation with my buddy, when his friend joins the party, then their friend joins, and then they think that they have social status because they're mediocre at the game. I'm sick of listening to them measuring dicks and my game sessions always end with me leaving the party and playing in silence for hours

11 RepliesAs a gamer chick, I just found it easier to either say my mic was broken or pose as a 12 yr. old boy for games that required a lot of teamwork. It eliminated all the odd questions and distraction so I could enjoy what most are here to do...game. It was a challenge finding people to game with but now I have a good core I've been playing with for years so I don't have to deal with it anymore....but trust me, there are tons of gamer chicks out there but may just hide her gender, all for the love of the game.

Out of a couple hundred friends on my list,"10% I actually play with" and I only play with one female gamer. She is a beast in pvp. I wouldn't mind finding a few more to raid or play pvp with.
