Mine is Bioshock Infinite. Never been so immersed in a game. Felt like I was living it. There is a ton of actual story and a ton of voxophones (audio diaries) that expand it even more so. The characters are great too. Not to mention the two story based DLCs will blow your mind almost as much as the original story itself. In fact the second dlc wraps the entire bioshock series up which is quite rare of a thing for a DLC to do. Highly recommend buying it cuz it is so cheap now. Or at least watch a full YouTube play through from someone like theradbrad

Edited by Tartan 118: 12/23/2014 1:03:25 PMBioShock. Infinite has a brilliant plot, arguably better than the original game. But Rapture feels far more realistic than Columbia in terms of being a living city. Other contenders include: Myst Half-Life Halo (CE, 2 and 4, mainly) The Last of Us Assassin's Creed IV Braid RDRedemption

I like borderlands. All of the stories, main stories, side stories, character stories. Except that Zero has no story, I hate that. They do a fantastic job mixing together drama and comedy in a pretty solid story. It aint easy being funny and serious at the same time.

For me it's either Kingdom Hearts II, or Conker's Bad Fur Day. I say Kingdom Hearts II because there is sooooooooooo much to remember in it, and if you remember it you not only feel like a boss, but you feel like you've just went through the bible of gaming. I say Conker's Bad Fur Day because the ending... Oh my god, if you paid attention at the beginning of the game, the ending is just so... So... Heart warming yet heartbreaking at the same time, but in an absolutely genius way

Hands Down: The Last of Us Bioshock Infinite comes in a very close second, huge mind-blam!- at the end, and great character development. It really is sad that so many people on xbox and pm will never be able to experience the last of us, because it should really be In every gamer's played list.

Red dead. So simple. So much mischief along the way. One ultimate mission, many goals to get the one that counts. Clean up your mess to save your family by all means necessary.
-
Battlefield 3. Just kidding that game was even worse than Destiny. I'd have to say either Mass Effect as a series, or KotOR I.
