Any feedback on the IB sniper gun?
I never played Iron Banner the first couple times, but needed some crucible marks. So I jumped in this time and I'm at rank 3.5 right now.
Has anyone bought the solar sniper he has for sale? Is it worth grinding for?
Any input would be great. Thanks guys/gals!

Reroll for last round does bonus dmg...one shot body shot in pvp

It hits harder than ice breaker. Just re roll it for field scout and you're set.

I just got it yesterday and, even though it isn't upgraded, I love it. It is already better than any of the other snipers I had. I still don't have ice breaker, so this is the best one I have right now.

If you roll field scout and clown cartridge, you can have potential for 8 shots for it.

4 RepliesI rerolled three snipers for field scout to make the magazine 6. I got some decent perks on all 3. The thing hits like a truck. My solar one is perfect after first reroll. Unflinching, field scout and firefly with decent scope perks. The arc one is great too with reactive reload, field scout and last round. I didn't reroll the auto rifle due to it having decent perks to begin with. The duel stability and glass half full is nice. It shoots lazer straight fully upgraded and is a crit machine.

I bought both that, and Silimar's Wrath. Once fully upgraded, they are gonna be beasts :) Although I still use my Aetheons Epilogue. The sniper, before uprading has only 3 shots before a reload, and it can take a time for each shot, but as I said, it needs upgrading first, to get better.

The only thing it had going for it was good impact. Plus it only had a 3 round mag. I didnt feel like spending a ton of motes re rolling it hoping to get field scout. Not worth it in my opinion.
