One of the worst online experiences ever.
He said he was 10. He had his mic off the majority of the time, so we had no idea who or how old this kid was or the fact that he even was a kid.
We're trying to beat Crota and he keeps ignoring every instruction we give him. Randomly jumping all over the map and getting killed nonstop, causing numerous wipes.
We all keep complaining and decided that after one more shot, if he fails again, we give him the boot.
He finally turns on his mic and, in the loudest pipsqueak voice imaginable, he says, "If you guys are just gonna keep talkin smack I'm just gonna turn my headset off!" After numerous times trying to explain that we are nice people and we are actually trying to help this guy, he just needs to follow instruction, he claims that if we leave the game he will "find out where you all live and come to your door..." Not really sure where he was going with that as he never really followed that sentence up with anything else.
I am thankful to finally get a chance to play with a kid and give him a shot. I'm a nice guy and try to give people the benefit of the doubt. You live, you learn.
NEVER AGAIN.

Edited by Vox Mortuis: 12/20/2014 10:17:51 AMYea, I'd have to agree with your verdict. I only do random raid groups, and if I ever find myself in a group with a squeaker most of the time I don't stay. For those who will start hating I'll explain. I call them squeakers personally because most of the time you see them they never shut up, and obviously the grating tone of their voice. Also, most of the times I've been in groups with them they try to act like know it alls, yet are the ones making us wipe most of the time, which is why I don't stay.

What I don't understand is why you think you have the right to call him a squeaker and make fun of his voice when you in fact we're just like that at one point

Not all kids are the same ... Many people over 20 i've met online act like they're 4.
