It's literally amazing that someone gets paid nothing can write better than people that get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars.....

Its not hundreds of thousands. Its just hundred thousand. That's the difference, hundreds of thousands implies more than a single hundred thousand (since you're obviously hard headed, that means 200,000 or more) Hundred thousand would cover 118k.

We can argue semantics and verbiage all night but I'm right and you're not. They're overpaid in the hundred thousand mark and his guy does a better job for free.
