One of my friends got 1 in 20 minutes of farming for it on the fist of crota mission and then he very next day we were doing patrol missions on earth and we saw some minions of crota and we decided to kill him, it just so happens that RNGesus decided to -blam!- me in the ass (figuratively) and my friend got another one like WTF, I spent over 12 hours farming for it and nothing....

Do you need to land the killing blow? or those your whole fireteam wins it?

I don't know if this makes any difference at all but when I got the husk of the pit I didn't kill the Blade straight away. All the other attempts I killed him within 4 shots but this go as you can see I danced around a little with him..... This was go number 12 Good Luck Y'all

I have 2 husk took me a hour and a half to get 1 and got the second 10 minutes later got 1 getting last hit in and got the second just hitting him (we had 6 people in a party sitting in skywatch just making sure everyone tagged him) Edit: not very effective in pvp headshots do around 10 and body shots around 6 I've been using it with murmur in iron banner use murmur to bring them to low life then switch and spray them to death

I just got it after like 200 attempts I was starting to think the hot fix didn't instal in my destiny or something

I had one drop in the Terrestrial Complex area from one of "The Eye of Crota" (or one of the MOBs in the area). I also had one drop during a Public Event (destroy the walker) on Earth (The Divide)...I didn't see a Sword of Crota, but they spawn in that area.

I give up -blam!- this game.

Anyone got more than 2? Got my 2 first fairly quick. Now its dead

The worst part isn't not getting it, it's that half second of pure exhilaration that gets immediately shot down when you get a Black Wax Idol or Silken Codex.

Farmed Fist of Crota for about two hours everyday since the news of this came out, still nothing

I've got four or five of these now within the space of ten runs. I'll post a new thread an video later showing how I got them.

And I must say this gun is terrible. It took a whole clip of 42 rounds to bring down a goblin on the daily today. It only goes up to max 324 damage. Which is unreal to me considering ur basic legendary goes to 331 now. I was very very disappointed.
