Not defending the cheese, but "get good" doesn't help.
I've been in teams (randoms) that finished the normal raid in 45 mins and had to quit on a team at Atheon cause we spent over an hour trying to beat him.
For me, some of it comes down to RnG also. I wouldn't care if something was really difficult if I know I'll get rewarded for it; but who the hell has 2 hours to kill a boss when (at least 3 times) I get the same gun I just used to kill it.

i do agree that incompetent teams can make it a real pain to play legit, but i would rather waste time actually playing than cheesing, after all raiding is the most fun activity in the game, and why do we play games? For fun of course!

Actually this game is really grind-heavy and it would make sense that some players want to maximize efficiency of the grind, especially when the rewards are randomly generated.
