Hi Enigamic, I'm sorry for the disconnection issues here. Bungie is aware some players are having trouble maintaining a connection and are investigating reports like yours. We also acknowledge that, in some cases, a resolution for these sort of issues may be upstream from a home network. A great way to test if you are in this situation is to follow the steps here: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12147 We will continue to investigate reports like yours and as more info becomes available we will share it.

  • To Bugie Clearly this latest deployment is an epic failure. I have been in your shoes before in the corporate world, and in those cases where a deployment didn't work properly, we have had to rollback our deployment to the previous version that was working. While it is embarassing to do - it reflects poorly on your competence - the alternative is angry/frustrated users who can't do their work and make money for the company. In our case we don't make any money playing the game, but since we PAID money our frustration level is probably a lot higher than a user who is interrupted from doing their job. Given the number of complaints and problems being reported, its time to recognize that this deployment wasn't successful and roll back to what was working previously.

    Hi BNGHelp0, Perhaps Bungie should upgrade there network and servers, Just a thought? Can somebody tell me if Bungie is using P2P connection to connect the players or not? I doubt we will get any answers from this BNGHelp0 Bot... Btw where the -blam!- is DeeJ, did he flee the country or what?

  • This is YOUR PROBLEM! Not a problem with out internet connection! How can you tell us that its our internet when hundreds or thousands of people are having exactly the same issue. I can't play your game at all. I can't go to tower, i can't go to patrol, I can't do anything. If you guys don't fix this soon or at least make a true statement that you are trying to figure it out soon, then I know that I, as well as many others, will not be buying any more DLC from Bungie if it is just going to constantly break the game. FIX THIS IT'S YOUR JOB! Stop beating around the bush with "Check your servers" and "We are investigating" and actually make an effort to fix the issue that YOUR customers are having.

  • I can't do any matchmaking of any kind. Crucible doesn't work, Strike Playlist doesn't work. I can join a strike or raid manually but not through Matchmaking. This has been the case since the DLC download.

  • Coconut beaver elk to name a few. Iv been getting these since the dlc came out I haven't purchased it. Keep getting returned to orbit or disconnected from destiny servers. My phone and psn chat working fine so it's not my internet connection.

  • It isnt our networks, jesus man you people are really pissing me off... You know by telling people bs info, you are creating a bigger problem. We dont need to rip up our network that worked just fine 4 days ago. If you don't know what the problem or solution is, then don't say anything.   • bungie please help. im on XBOX One in the UK ive posted so much please can you help?? since Dec 6th i have had numerous error codes. Banjo, Caterpillar, Hare, Rabbit, Currant, Weasel and others can only play 2 mins at a time. my nat is open, I port fowarded and static IP'd ages ago. my internet connection works fine with every other game and device. i have no other options left.. is this a problem on your end??? even a validation that the issue may be your side would be comforting.. thanks

  • Definitely an issue since the Dark Below update - I'm getting between 5 and 10 minutes playing time before a server connection issue launches me back into orbit - no pattern to it I can be anywhere in the game. I can instantly go back to where I was in the game and get another period of playing time. I've checked internet connection and played other online games - no issues.

  • I've not been able to play the game for two days since the dlc came out it just will not load it took me 18 minutes yesterday just for it to start also I've started it up today around 10 minutes ago it started fine now I've chosen to go the tower however I'm still flying there its taking to long I can't play with friends because it takes me to long to load the game the music keeps stopping and starting
