[BUNGIE] Unable to access the Expansion content? Please check here for more details
We have received reports from players that are unable to access the Expansion content. We have provided some FAQ below, and will add more as needed.
[b]I still receive an Expansion Required message, but I already own the Expansion content:[/b]
Please ensure that the Expansion content is fully downloaded, as sometimes downloads are stuck in a queue and do not install automatically. We suggest that you restore your licenses to ensure that everything has downloaded properly. Please follow the link for more information on how to restore licenses on your console. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181
If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your console and relaunch Destiny.
[b]I purchased the Expansion from a retailer and when I entered the code it didn’t unlock the Expansion content:[/b]
Some retailers will credit your XBL or PSN account with a dollar value rather than unlocking the Expansion content. Please check your PSN or XBL store and verify that you have either a) received the Expansion or b) received a credit to purchase the Expansion. If you have verified that you have received credit in the amount of the Expansion, simply purchase the Expansion and begin your download.

6 RepliesI bought the destiny collection for xbox one earlier today I have the taken king and rise of iron but the dark below and house of wolves didn't install I checked my ready to install and installed and they wasn't there.

2 RepliesI have destiny the collection which has all the expansions including rise of iron for xbox one and all the expansions are installed and downloaded but when I go to play it says I can't cause I'm not meeting the requirements and need to down load it, I've already tried uninstalling it and re installing it again but it's not working, can anyone help me.

1 ReplyWe have two xbox ones. RoI is downloaded on both. There are no problems with the "main" xbox for other users to play the content. But it won't play for any other accounts on the second xbox. Previously, when my kids would go to play Destiny, they could play as long as their dad's account is logged on. And my husband plays mainly from this "second" xbox so it is downloaded, installed and working. But when the kids log in to play, it won't let them play it. What is going on? As I said, this was not a problem before. But isn't it bad enough that we have to buy more than one xbox to be able to play a game together, you expect us to buy multiple copies for a single family to play your single player game? Hell, after the august update.. we had to arrange to have two IPs to be able to be on the same fireteam now.

I'm having a problem I can't download rise of iron in the Xbox store or anything because for some reason I don't have the "liscenses" for all the expansions even though I bought and downloaded all of them. I can't figure out how to restore my liscences and reinstalling everything did nothing pls help! :(

1 ReplyI Pre-order Destiny Rise of Iron for PS4 and for some reason I can not go any were. I have all the DLC expansion packs I can only go to the tower and earth only to Scout. Can someone help me I deleted Destiny and redownload again but it not work.

Hi I today ( 3/6/16 ) I went to game stop to buy the EXPANTION PACK (THE DARK BELOW AND THE HOUSE OF WOLVES ) and they gave me a 20 dollar psn money gift card then when I got home i redeemed the gift card to buy the EXPANTION PACK I did not find it in the store. please please please fix this I want to play the game I just don't want my money to go to waste so please help me

Can anyone help me? I have 2 PlayStations in my house. I purchased and installed all DLC on my PS4. When I use my character on my other ps4 it does not allow me to access any DLC portion of the game and says serial code for dlc has been used already. Since it is my same character and same user name but different machine is there any way I can play with the DLC or do I actually have to purchase it again!?

1 Replyi have dlc on the disk for xbox 360 and the its card saying it has it on the disk i while it was downloading it said DOWNLOADING THE HOUSE OF WOLVES and THE DARK BELOW but i played the game and i asked how do i play it and he said level up i got to level 36 in 5 days and i checked if i could play the dlc but it said get the taken king do i need the taken king to play the other dlc? or just the dlc and not the taken king

So I bought the collectors edition of The Taken King for over 80$, and here I try loading up this expansion content on my PS4, only to be greeted with only the Dark Below content. Shortly after searching for the problems I was occurring, I find out a few days ago bungie released a statement saying the expansion pass will not be for the Taken King content. A press statement was released from one of bungies executives, which stated along the lines " players value assessments, blah blah blah, if we showed you the emotes we have, you would throw money at the screen" ... Really bungie? REALLY? So I spent 80 dollars, on nothing is what you're saying. As the content I "bought" can no longer be downloaded and used. Bungie, as long as you are in league with Activision, and no longer creating the amazing games that captivated me for years (halo 1-3), and as long as you are Prostituting out your new titles, like some prized cash cow, you deem is necessary to rip players off and keep them from content they had already purchased; I will have to say good day to you. You may have already won this fight because you have my money, and I can not access any of my content, but my further business you do not have. For "destiny 2"(which is set to come out 2016) which over minds the whole "ten year game" you promised for destiny one. congratulations Bungie, another game company going down the same Road as the "pay to play" empires of EA and Activison. So thanks bungie, I hope your company is eaten alive by the devil's agreement you signed your soul away with Activision. May your company and everyone else included in any of these plans, be the target of activisions wrath when they decide you are no longer making them money and it's time to close your game studio down. 4 RepliesI am a new destiny player (only lvl 9). I bought the taken king legendary addition which came with all 3 expansions plus the pass. All have been installed, but i cannot access any of the content. Only the taken king is available in orbit but when i click it, it just plays a prelude video and returns me to orbit. What am i missing? Am i required certain levels to access the expanded content or is something wrong? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Please help bungie. I would like to keep playing yet I cant #help

2 RepliesEdited by lope_theinsane: 9/28/2015 1:33:04 AMI bought the season pass shortly after The Dark Below expansion, and it worked fine with the both The Dark Below and House of Wolves, but now it doesn't work with The Taken King. I haven't been able to play games for a few weeks because of a new job, so I don't know if the issues happened right away or not. Anyways, for reference I've tried reinstalling the licenses multiple times, removed destiny from my system and reinstalling it, and reinstalling the licenses again, and nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions anybody? EDIT: I forgot to say I also tried shutting down the console and restarting it, and it still didn't work.
